Our Community at Canteen Creek
Our Community at Canteen Creek is on our Traditional land we call Owairtilla. It is 300km south east of Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory of Australia. About 200 people live here.

Although we are a long way from any big town, we now have a computer that uses a satellite to connect to the Internet. This was provided by the Australian government to help remote communities like Canteen Creek to have good communications.

We love to play sport at Canteen Creek. Here are some of the tophies we have won!
We play Softball and Football. Watch a movie our Football Carnival!

As well as our main computer, we have a little Internet Cafe where people can come to do their banking or just find out things on the Internet.
